Native to Northern Michigan, I am proud to be established with 13 years of Traverse City wedding photography experience.
Growing up in the woods, biking to nearby lakes, and foraging for wild berries that surrounded my childhood home fueled my gratitude as a Michigander. It’s exciting to explore the seasonal delights as they come and go, then share these special places with locals and vacationers alike. With 30 years of local insight, I’m happy to share the most grand locations, or somewhere off-the-beaten path.
With a camera in my hands is when you’ll see me as my happiest self. After all, the 10 year old girl who wanted to be a photographer, is now living her adult dream.

My approach as your Traverse City Photographer. With an emphasis on our natural and evolving settings, In my photographs I will often immerse my clients in plants, shrubs, trees, water, and flowers. I also take a step back so I can capture the breathtaking landscapes we are exploring. It’s fun for me, getting diverse and creative shots. From the springtime blossoms, to the autumn colors, each session is unique. My posing is candid and playful. Don’t worry though, I’ll still get those typical smile-at-the-camera shots too.
