Emma and Nathan's Bay Pointe Inn Wedding | Photography + Videography Coverage
Emma + Nathan’s Bay Pointe Inn Wedding
Bay Pointe Inn is a hotel and wedding venue in Shelbyville, Michigan. While touring wedding venues, Nathan and Emma fell in love with Bay Pointe Inn. Being able to get ready on the property, and having a view of the water from their ceremony and reception spaces. It was the perfect all inclusive wedding space for their 100 guests.
The wedding timeline flowed with ease. as everything took place within a walkable radius on the property. Once I arrived to capture their day, I didn’t have to get into my car to move locations. This makes my job immensely easier, not having to navigate somewhere new during a wedding day while also giving the couple more time to enjoy their day.
It was a rainy morning as I drove to Emma and Nathan’s wedding in Shelbyville. I knew the rain would stop, but hoped the clouds would stick around for unique coverage in the sky. To my luck, I got exactly what I had hoped for. It was partly blue skies with the dreamiest lighting for their wedding. The ceremony started with some light drizzles, but stopped as soon as Emma began to walk towards Nathan.
Nathan was thrilled to spot his childhood crush, soon to be bride walking down the aisle toward him.
These two had been dating since high school, and it was apparent the love they shared for each other. With stories of growing up together, and a really close friend group, I loved celebrating these two along with their loved ones in attendance.
Emma and Nathan’s heartfelt vows were sure to make you cry, they concluded the ceremony with a kiss and pedals being thrown by their guests as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife. This group was ready to celebrate the newlyweds. Toasts were shared, dinner was eaten, cake was cut, and the party ensued into the evening.
An all-inclusive creative package, including photo and video documentation of your wedding day.

Emma and Nathan hired Nicole Geri Photography for both photo and video, so I brought on an associate videographer. I focused primarily on the photography portion of the wedding day. Emily worked alongside me for 4 of my 8 hours of coverage, to film videos that would match my photography in the final edits. At the end of her contracted coverage, I took the RAW footage and edited both the photos and videos to match a constant true-to-life editing and style. Hiring my creative team allows me to mix medias, creating fun photo/video collages and edits in addition to your more tradition video cuts, and photos. Contact Nicole Geri for rates and availability.
