WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
Hiring a photographer can now be checked off your “to do” list of wedding planning. I’m not just someone you hired, we’re friends. If we are in the same city, let’s meet up and grab a cup of coffee! I’d love to get to know you in advance so you’re not meeting a stranger on your wedding day. If I am not near you, I’m more than happy to chat with you by phone or video chat. Please email, call, or text me whenever you’d like, I’m here to answer questions, or provide any guidance I can.
Closer to the big day I’ll request a timeline and layout of the wedding day events from you. Addresses, and important contacts are also important for me to have so there’s no possible mixup of locations and I know who to contact in case of an emergency.
The Wedding Day
I arrive at the time we mutually agreed to and will be alongside you as the day progresses. How often does your entire family dress up and gather for a party? This is not an every day occurrence so I understand how important it is to have a photos with your college roommates, grandma’s with her grandkids, the signature handshake with your brother, any other unique moment you included on your questionnaire or called out in the moment.
At the end of the night, I won’t leave until I check in with you and we both feel there was ample coverage of the day. If you decide you need more coverage than you originally planned, it is available for $650/hour and is due to Nicole before leaving your wedding.
I post a handful of sneak peek photos from all galleries within 2 weeks.
It takes up to 45 days to edit and deliver the final wedding photos. The gallery will be delivered to you through an online gallery. You are welcome to print or download your high resolution photos. With your gallery link you are welcome to even share your day with guests. Between many candid moments, I am often able to grab guests as they are standing around for more formal printable moments. I genuinely love when the guests are authentically captured then get to access the photos later.
Feel free to order prints through a printing lab from your wedding gallery. You are given a print release for the photos so post away, and print as many as you want, wherever you want.
